Tonbo Ramen - Raleigh

Great food and cocktails! I love the Lychee mosaic, so refreshing and not too bubbly. I get the Japanese fried chicken frames every time, it's so great!!

Beautiful location with seat on or off stairs, server was great and attentive, he even struck a great love that my dining room companion and I very enjoyed, the ramen itself was one of the best I had, the meat so soft it melted in my mouth, the noodles boiled to perfection and the broth, something so easy brought joy to my palate. We finished our meal with the mochi doughnuts that were hot and gooey, with exactly the right amount of sauce.

Have eaten here a few times and it's always delicious! General portion sizes and staff are also very friendly. Great place for Ramen in downtown!

I wasn’t blown away by our experience, but it wasn’t a bad dinner spot. One of our bowls came out pretty lukewarm. The shishito peppers needed some type of glaze sauce, as they were pretty bland. The pork buns were great!

The food at Tonbo was absolutely amazing!! We are excited to come back and bring our friends. We loved the atmosphere, the restaurant smelled great, and the ramen was top notch. Also loved the pork buns. Wow!! Thank you for a great meal!
