Taco Bell - Raleigh

This restaurant seems unable to handle orders correctly. I specifically requested vegan options and ordered two black bean churro wraps and a bean burrito, but I received meat in everything. When I called to address the issue, they asked what I wanted them to do and implied that it was my fault for not checking the order first. I believe it's reasonable to expect that adults can follow simple steps to ensure there is no meat in my meals, especially since I’ve experienced this issue before at the same place. Ultimately, I suppose I should take responsibility for not double-checking, but they should also be more careful about preparing vegan orders.

It was a frustrating experience. I waited almost 20 minutes at the counter, and no one attended to me. Some employees passed by, but no one bothered to check in or ask if I needed anything. They really dropped the ball on customer service.

Edit: I went in to get my last taco, and I want to give a shoutout to the guy working the register at 1:50 who helped me. He was great, especially considering how rude his coworkers were, which should not be tolerated, especially with the manager being so absent. I'll give him 5 stars, but only 1 star for the rest of the staff.

I never remember the names of anyone, but the man who took my order and payment was very nice. this place felt faster than most taco bell standorte too. Maybe I liked my order, but everything came great! the only problem was not the taco bell cinnabon coffee, but this is not even a real concern.

This is an updated review. This location is terrible, comparable to how bad the Glenwood location is. Waited nearly 40min to get my food. When I did get it, it was not only missing items, but the items I did get were incorrect. Not happy and very displeased.
