Subway - Raleigh

There is a huge step down from the restaurant to the street. No warning at all. I am amazed they are still in business, I suppose no one has sued yet.

The customer service is amazing. Always a great experience.

It's an older man that's works there, he has attitude and doesn't listen to what you have to say for your sub! No more business from

Ordered a sub for pickup and received one that didn 't have what I asked for. Missing cheese, sauce, seasoning. I called in to ask for a refund since I didn 't get what I ordered. The person on the other end spoke extremely broken English. When he finally understood me, he refused to refund me because my money was already in the bank, whatever that means. I like subway, but the customer service at this location is god awful. Save yourself a headache and pick another location.

The food was good, but the woman at the cash register shorted someone on money that was in front of us, then when we got up (we had a big order, there were like 9 of us) there were multiple missing items, and we had to take like 15 minutes to fix everything.
