St. Roch Fine Oysters - Raleigh

I recently tried Utter for the first time and I must say it is a fantastic place, especially on Wednesdays. The bar staff at West Coast Wednesday's made amazing cocktails and the dishes coming out of the kitchen were exceptional. The spasm dish with almond-Romesco sauce was delicious. Next time, I plan to order the BBQ prawns. And don't forget to try their deep-fried pickles for a tasty treat!

The fried oysters were amazing! The BBQ shrimp and catch of the day were delicious. The BBQ shrimp was served with a side dish. The seafood stew was incredibly flavorful and unlike anything I've had before. The portion was generous, so I had leftovers. The ambiance was lovely. I dined indoors, but the outdoor seating looked cozy and inviting with large heaters. I can't wait to come back!

Having been to this oyster bar several times, I can say with confidence that it is truly one-of-a-kind! The Tchoupitoulas Street Special is a must-try; the blue crabs are wonderfully seasoned and tender, the bowls of seeds are abundant and buttery, and the oysters are incredibly fresh tasting. The BBQ Garnelen was another delightful and unexpected dish with flavors reminiscent of a Louisiana style curry. I've never experienced anything quite like it before! Additionally, the cocktails are creatively named and pair wonderfully with the seafood dishes.

Sometimes there is a restaurant that they have not visited. they make it after a few years and realize they have missed a lot of potentially great meal times in this time. st. roch was, frankly, one of the best meals I had in the last memory, and we have no lack of fantastic restaurants in the triangle. the oysters are at point (4-6 happy hour and we were random to visit the west coast Wednesday with half price pacific northwest oysters.) the rübensalat was amazing, the western indies style fish with snapper even more, but the star could have been alligator bolognese with house made gnocchi. do not skip the ignets or the hurricanes!

Favorite brunch spot. We always get fresh oysters. The crackers are a crispy buttery delicious treat. Biscuits are amazing, probably my favoritein town. Service can't be beat. You will not be disappointed.
