Shane's Rib Shack - Raleigh

I placed an order from this restaurant through DoorDash. I tried the 10-piece boneless wings with teriyaki and buffalo barbecue sauce, and they were delicious! The wings were large and generously coated with sauce. For the main course, we had the Shack Sample Plate, which included pulled pork, ribs, and two tenders. The only part I didn’t particularly enjoy were the ribs; I prefer drier, more tender ribs that you can easily pull apart, but these were not to my taste. However, they were still decent. As for the sides, we had mac and cheese, which I wouldn’t recommend, onion rings that were excellent, and a side salad that was just okay.

My company had Shane’s Rib Shack cater our party, and I was truly impressed with the flavor of the food (especially since I'm a picky eater). The team that put everything together that night was fantastic! I can't wait to visit the restaurant myself. Thank you for catering and for sending your exceptional staff to handle everything for us!

It was just okay, pretty average overall. I had the BBQ chicken salad while my friend ordered wings. We observed many people picking up their food, although we didn’t know what they had ordered. To be honest, I don’t see any reason to return.

I've been to Shane's many times for lunch with fellow guys I work with. They make great ribs. They also have great BBQ chicken. The food comes out fast and the service is always great even when they are short staffed. This business is run correctly. The people working here care about the food they are putting out and the people they are providing for. I enjoy going here for lunch. Probably great for dinner or takeout also.

Food is great. Staff are good. Just adjacent side of Walmart.
