Gentleman was very knowledgeable of vegan items. He let me order from the new vegan menu that isn’t even available yet! I ordered #119. It is mainly cauliflower, potatoes with a savory taste. You can choose from mild, medium or hot spice. It was delightful full of flavor! I also got roti. It is like a pita but flatter and it complimented the cauliflower dish
