Rise Village District - Raleigh

I do not recommend this place. The manager, Tim, does not treat customers well, and there is a lack of respect overall. The food is not worth the prices they charge. Recently, the donuts have been hard and the biscuits have been dry. I honestly don't understand how they are still in business.

The donut was disappointing; I'm not sure if it was because I visited later in the day, but the dough felt quite dense and it was smaller than I anticipated. On the other hand, the biscuit sandwich was tasty—it's hard to go wrong with cheese biscuits! They pair well with just about any filling. Next time, I think I'll just get the biscuits and skip the donuts since there are much better and more affordable options available elsewhere. I can't believe this place is a chain and still managing to stay in business.

The staff seemed very confused when we placed our order. They got it wrong and then argued with me, claiming they didn't understand. I can't comprehend how someone could not understand their job—it's just basic math. I'm truly appalled by this establishment. I would advise against wasting your money or time here.

Slow service and super dry food. So so so dry. Edit (because I can?t respond to owner): Yes, it was the village district location. We ordered an Apple fritter, a chicken biscuit, and a BEC biscuit. All were extremely dry. We came around 9am on a weekday.

Enjoyed our food, it was hot, fresh delicious. Customer service was great, i have visited this location multiple times have always had a good experience ????????
