Randy's Pizza - Raleigh

I ordered online. It was confirmed through text and email. When I arrived an hour later the order never got placed. They didn’t apologize or show any signs that it was their mistake and said to wait at least 20 minutes and we will make now. I returned home since I live fairly close. Upon return they found pizza and I suggested due to their mistake and my inconvenience that they should offer me some type of concession. They looked at me as if it was deer in the headlights. Upon giving me the pizza box they said OK that’s it and I said really that’s it and they said why what do you want a piece of cake? I left the store very disappointed, knowing I’ll never go back and when I ate the pizza, it was extremely boring. What is sad night as my wife had had a medical procedure and was hoping for a good piece of pizza.

The pizza slices are HUGE! I ordered a slide of cheese that was the size of my forearm today, and it was yummy!! The parking lot was a pain though.

Line moved quickly. Price was great. Pieces of pizza were huge!! But my sandwich was forgotten along with sister in law's salad. Once we got them they were delicious!

I used to work close by and had lunch at Randy's a lot, but I hadn't been there in a year or so. I was near today and was excited to pick up a large to take to my family for dinner. We were all disappointed. The sausage and other toppings were practically non-existent and the price was almost double from what I recall. I wouldn't have minded the price increase, but I would like to have received a quality product in return. Disappointed.

A solid joint for pizza. We got a 14 pizza and jalapeno poppers and it was enough for 2 people with some leftovers. The restaurant itself was clean and pretty empty so it was an alright enough spot to chill. Would come again.
