Panera Bread - Raleigh

No sandwich! I came home and took everything out of the bag (soups, bread, apple), but no sandwich inside. I looked at my receipt Order#103013 and it shows a Mediterranean Veggie sandwich that I paid for. I tried calling several times during non-busy time and no one picks up the phone. Well this sucks since this place is not near my house. Manager needs to let this guy who was preparing my food know about this issue. That he needs to check the order receipt before calling us to pick up our food. This was 11/3/21 at 4:07pm. Panera bread location in Brier Creek 7840 Alexander Promenade Place.

Maybe they're trying to increase their margins by scrimping on protein on their sandwiches, but I had to dig through a third of the offering to find a bite of meat. Perhaps one of my favorites is about to be a place less visited...

I miss the portobello mushroom sandwich Panera served at the Sunset District section of San Francisco in the past.However, I now order the broccoli chedder cheese soup and the vegetarian autumn squash soup, both are my favorite at the Raleigh, NC locations.The broccoli chedder soup is reminiscent of a similar item once served inside Nordstroms downtown Seattle.

I had the 2nd fuji apfelsalat fontego chicken sandwich. very tasty. drop ice water. so much to choose from all delicious. can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. it's always worth it!

The rude attitude of people working in pick-up was absolutely unacceptable. when I was in the fast pick-up area, there is no possibility that I would not be able to hear them call my name. it was not called, so I was waiting and finally asked for my food, and they were careless and said it was right there, I called her name, and I said politely, no, you didn't, but it's good that I'm here now, and then someone else came in and said why you didn't come when we called your name. I didn't react. I just took my food and went. disgusting behavior
