Contribuiți la feedbackI visited this restaurant for Father's Day dinner and tastings. Since it was rainy outside, we decided to eat indoors. The waitstaff was fantastic, offering great suggestions on both the menu and the beer selection. We tried two different beer flights to sample a variety of their brews, and we particularly enjoyed the Affluent. The salads are quite generous, so we shared the Chevre Chaud. For our main courses, she opted for the Seasonal Risotto while I chose the Pork Chop, and both dishes were outstanding. It's a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy time with friends.
The beer is excellent, and the ambiance is fantastic. The food is generally very good, although my burger was cooked to medium instead of the medium-rare I requested. You might want to be cautious about that. However, the banana bread French toast was simply sublime. I highly recommend visiting this place and enjoying the experience. I've returned several times since my first visit and have recommended it to friends, all of whom loved it. I brought more friends along for a great evening, and I still give it five stars — absolutely worth a visit!
I'm convinced that this is my favorite burger in the Triangle out of the 40 I've sampled over the past five years. The beer selections are both creative and tasty, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It’s definitely one of my top spots for dining and enjoying a drink!
Voted best burger in the triangle for a reason!!! They cooked my burger to a perfect medium well topped with melted cheese, deep fried onions, and some magical sauce. Also had their Porch Sippin cocktail which was dangerously delicious. My husband had the Croque Monsieur that was very flavorful and filling.
The beer was fine. The food was in the style of a brasserie but overpriced and with capricious seasoning. The steak tartare was almost unseasoned (maybe the chips were supposed to be the salt for the dish) making a mild but pleasant dish rich and bland. The pesto risotto was well cooked but salty enough to essentially be compensating for the under-seasoned tartare. The salad was underwhelming and not particularly fresh with soft peppers and browning lettuce. I'm not sure why fresh produce would be so difficult, maybe they prepped a bit too far in advance and got sloppy.
