Ihop - Raleigh

Ihop has never disappointed!!! It was a group of us, and we all had something different.

Used to be a very nice place to eat in but has changed for the worse. Their breakfast still ok but their lunch and dinner are not good anymore. You place your orders then they make you wait for an hour and then served you what is supposed to hot food ice cold.

This place is always empty! I've never been here when there was more than 2 or 3 tables seated and parking lot is always empty. Not sure how they stay in business. Food is good, service is slow, prices are fair. The place needs a good deep cleaning. Surfaces are sticky with syrup.

Luckily rated down because other customers and waiters come out every 5/7 min interrupt talks, although we do not have our food for 30 min. so they understand that the Annoyance factor had made a 2 star, but it was real and I hoped to be new to the 3 star

I just left this place and the food was great! it also helped get big service from gabby. she helped me and my friend with all our needs and wants with a great pace and time. I really enjoyed this experience.
