Gumby's Pizza - Raleigh

I usually don 't do this but this is a 0 STAR RATING! FALSE ADVERTISING online and don 't honor deals serviced through google when clicking the order button. They refused to honor my order that I already paid for online and didn 't give a care to even explain to me why. All they said is they have nothing to do with the third party website and gave me no answer when I asked how come I 've used the same button on Google and gotten my order before and not this time. HORRIBLE

We visited our son at NCSU and seen Gumby's online. We decided to give it a try. The pizza was great. The curly fries was very spicy. The building/dining room wasn't the prettiest, but clean. The guy was super nice. My son got a sub and it was okay. Not the best. Would come back for just pizza.

So we ordered Gumby?s through Grubhub and had a terrible experience. We called in and spoke to the manager Patrick he was so kind and attentive. He also rectified the situation with his amazing customer service/menu knowledge. He really turned a terrible experience into an amazing experience. God bless him and his team and may he continue to provide his amazing service! ???????? I would highly suggest just doing a pick up or delivery by Gumby?s themself verses a third

My delivery arrived hot like it had just come out of the oven. My food was delicious and the delivery driver was incredibly kind and arrived very promptly. Gumby?s is a little pricy, but it?s so good that I don?t even mind. They also run a lot of deals!

Order wasn?t ready on time. Employee said my pickup order was going to be an additional 45min wait for 2 Small Pizzas. Employee was clearly unhappy with her job when I heard her whisper under her breath ?I don?t get paid enough for this ****?. Terrible experience and I HIGHLY would recommend you take your service elsewhere.
