Gloria Jean's Coffees Crabtree Mall

Finding parking was a breeze on New Year's Eve at this restaurant located in the mall across from H M on the lower level of Crabtree Valley Mall. The customer service was excellent, with all staff members being upbeat and friendly with smiles all around. I decided to try a white chocolate, cherry chiller, and it was delicious. The coffee shop was clean and spacious, with seating available for those who want to enjoy their coffee inside. I am excited to try other flavors on my next visit. It has been over 20 years since I last visited Gloria Jean's when they were in North Hills, but after signing up for their rewards program, I couldn't resist going straight to the mall for some coffee. I will definitely be returning soon.

This place is way better than Starbucks! You can really taste the coffee and the flavors stand out too. I never feel like I need to ask for extra flavor shots because the drinks are always perfect. The staff is always friendly and kind here.
