Breakfast with my hangry Dad.. we arrived hungry the wait was super long once seated and ordered more waiting they said they lost our ticket. The wait was so so long the food was wrong ???? they gave it to us for free

Customer service needs improvement. The place was not busy. It was our first time there and staff did not tell us food pickup was by the ice cream counter. We stood around waiting and after 10 minutes when I approached cashier to ask what was taking solong, she asked to take my order (clueless even though we had been waiting in sight) Then she pointed out the order that hadbeen sitting by the icecream counter.

Very disappointed with this location I come here every morning and normally they are great. Until today. They won?t take a 50 for a 23 dollar order. And Ryan the manger was a little rude when I talked to him. It?s a sad day in America when a store turnsdown your American legal tender what a shame! You guys just lost a very loyal customer.

There?s something about getting a donut and some coffee from Dunkin Donuts. There?s always a variety of treats to enjoy at an affordable price. This is my favorite stop if I want a good cup of coffee.

This Dunkin is horrible. Twice now they are out of cold brew and all specialty coffee. They didn 't have but two people on staff, so they claimed they couldn 't even give me a bagel. The guy at the window had an its not my fault, I dont care attitude . Iwould avoid this location like covid! I will never return to this location! We went down the road to another place to eat, youshould do the same!
