Cook Out - Raleigh

You can really savor the grilled flavor when you take a bite of the burger. I ordered a double cheeseburger without any toppings but ended up with a single. The location was busy with traffic around noon, so I didn’t bother to turn back. Overall, the burger wasn’t bad at all. I also had the regular fries and a vanilla milkshake.

I wish they would actually put chicken in the chicken quesadilla....

Customer Service has definitely changed for the better. Paris was pleasant and patient. The food was great as well.

I have to admit, I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this cookout. Typically, every cookout I attend has been disappointing—food is often overcooked or undercooked, served cold, and tastes and looks unappetizing. The staff usually doesn't help either. However, this cookout is the exception. Everything was hot and perfectly cooked, and the service was impressively quick. It's refreshing to see employees who take pride in their work. To the owner or manager, I recommend you consider giving your staff a raise—they truly deserve it!

This location has a double drive-thru and also a walk-up order window. There is no inside seating, but there is an outdoor picnic table.
