Cook Out - Raleigh

That was my second time at a Cook Out. The food still isn't worth what you pay for it.

Guy was a little rude taking the order. The parking lot was trashed and it’s very tight navigating around the building BUT it’s cheap and the food is usually pretty good.

Food wasn’t bad at all. The guy giving the service was terrible though. He rushed us and gave us the wrong order and was upset with us for not knowing what to order on this big menu.

My favorite fast food place in Raleigh. They have two drive-thru lanes wrapping around either side of the building. The parking lot is cramped, especially in the evening and around lunch. You'll be happier if you leave your full-size truck or giant SUV home and bring your compact car. They also have a walk-up window, but I don't use that much. There's no indoor seating (or indoor anything) but there is a little outdoor seating, but I wouldn't recommend using it. Their burgers are great, as are the shakes, hush puppies, and bacon wrap. I also really like their Cheerwine float. This is my go-to stop when I need a burger fix.

Please don't leave me alone! the children (I am old) here are fantastic! burger never disappointed. I can't believe that I can still get burger, pommes and wobble rings for $6.49. it's like a dream. but seriously, please praise her after-husband. they are beyond and beyond! food: 5/5
