Chipotle Mexican Grill - Raleigh

They literally do not care, this is how i received my burrito. they put it down as a bowl which it 's obvi a burrito so i 'm not about to go to chipotle about the issue. so disappointed

No idea why the stars are so low. This location is miles above the one in North Hills. Never mess up my order here and the food tastes waaaaay better than any others in the area. The customer service is better too. Line is always never too long when I go.One time I dropped my food in the parking lot due to the juices leaking and breaking the bag. They gave me new food and didn't charge. But it was a very sad time for me.

Do not order from this location!!!!!!!! I love chipotle but this location has serious management issues. My mobile order last night was ready 40min late. I watched 20+ customers go through the store in the time I was standing there waiting. THEN when I finally got home, my burrito bowl was only two ingredients: rice and salsa. Absolutely unbelievable!

I placed an online order at 5:10PM, with a pickup time of 5:30PM. I showed up at 5:30 and my food was not on the pickup rack. There were 4 people/groups in the line ordering food and 2 people waiting for orders when I arrived. I waited 5 minutes and then asked the cashier if I could get a status on my order. She was clearly stressed out and tried to ignore me when I approached the cash register. When I asked about my pickup order, she mumbled something and pointed towards the food prep line without bothering to actually check anything. I went back to waiting. Around 5:45 an order that was called in at 5:34 (about 25 minutes after my order was placed) was put on the pickup rack. I inquired again about my order. The cashier asked for my name, walked over to a big pile of receipts over by the food prep area, shuffled them around without really looking at any of them, came back and told me my order was in process. At 6:00, after seeing many walk-ins served, and several carry out orders picked up, I asked again if my food would be ready soon and again I was told they were working on it, but no one actually checked anything. All of the staff looked beaten down, no one was smiling, and there was no real response to any of my inquiries. There was food and trash on the floor throughout the restaurant, and many of the tables were dirty. This was my first and likely my last experience as a Chipotle customer.

Very disappointed by my experience here. this location clearly does not adhere to the standards of the chipotle. guacamole was gray, salat was wild, from acidic looked. the hired people have not taken care of throwing the food in sloppily at all. the load was dirty and had no one there on Tuesday at 19 o'clock. will not be here again.
