Chipotle Mexican Grill - Raleigh

Given this chipotle so many chances. I wish I would 've gotten the workers name but this lady is inconveniently there every single time I come in. I have never felt the need to write a bad review about any company or worker at that, but the lighter tone woman with curly hair was rude, don 't know what she was mixed, Puerto Rican something. I asked for double meat and the lady did the very opposite and still charged me. I asked for a small scoop of more and she proceeded to argue about it and didn 't do it. Like do you own the chicken or something? She was nasty and rude and she should be lucky I don 't remember her name because her name should be put here. Emphasis on she was RUDE. It 's not my fault she has work there. I will never understand why i read so many problems with chipotle workers not wanting to give people extra WHEN WE PAY FOR IT. Literally make it make sense. this was my favorite chipotle in raleigh, shoot not anymore.

Ordered through Doordash and got perhaps the most disrespectful order ever. Just gross old beans and barely any cheese. Plus chicken which I didn’t order, and missing SEVERAL paid ingredients.Whomever runs this store obviously has 0 idea what’s going on. And whomever made this order is not even competent enough to make a burrito bowl.

Went in at 9pm on 9/27/23, Closes at 11pm, but missing all the sides and they said they weren't filling the corn or salsa back up because it was the end of the night. All the employees were disengaged. Place was messy. Sup par chipotle and the first one I've had bad experience at.

To make matters worse, the restaurant was dirty, and instead of serving food from the heated rack, they were dishing it out from the back tables as if it were closing time—even though they still had over an hour left to operate. The staff's attitude was dreadful, and I didn't get her name because I was so put off by her behavior. She constantly interrupted me and ended nearly every statement with "at the end of the day," which was incredibly frustrating. Overall, this experience unfairly tarnished Chipotle’s reputation in my eyes.
