I tried the samosas and Chana masala at this restaurant. Although I appreciate that they are labeled as vegan, I personally would not order them again. There are many other Indian restaurants in the area that offer more intricate and flavorful dishes. The Chana masala here reminded me of a microwaveable Tasty Bite pouch.

Both dishes have a wonderful balance of flavors, and the chutney is particularly outstanding. This place is definitely worth a visit in downtown Raleigh.

This food truck is now one of my top two favorites. While we were enjoying drinks at Oak City Brewery, the staff from the food truck brought menus to each table. The owners of the truck helped me choose a dish from their tempting menu, and I decided on the Butter Chicken with a side of naan bread. It only took about 2 minutes for my food to be ready, making this the quickest meal I've ever had from a food truck. And the taste? I devoured every bite. It was incredibly delicious, and I am already looking forward to trying their curry again. Thank you for bringing such amazing food to Knightdale!
