We ate burgers. And they were very good burgers! The food at the buffet looked delicious too! On some days, bbq meat and smoked fish are apparently also available here to take away. I can warmly recommend this restaurant!

I ended up with a salmon burger, which I easily rank as the best fish burger I've ever eaten. Of course, the product contains real salmon (fillet), which gets a nice tangy wasabi mayonnaise as a friend. Served between good-quality brioche. As a side dish, at least red onion, salad and pickles. For those wondering about the portion size, there was plenty of salmon in the burger.
