They have beautiful ideas, but for each dish we ordered something wrong (the temperature or texture or taste... For example, the shrimp pasta: the shrimps were too soft and the tomato sauce had no taste, the pancetta was too hard and dry, the veggie burger perhaps lacked some crispy? It was too easy; the gnocchi were almost a sharp potato over a cold cream...
The place is very good, everyone was very nice, but unfortunately the food was not in place. I ordered the Gnocci, and it was a bit too soft and the flavors were a bit “Boring” after a while.

Wonderful bistro! Excellence reception! The tasting menu is very good with great value for money, the place is also super beautiful, one of the best restaurants in Ragusa.
We went for an aperitif in this elegant and refined bistro. Excellent drinks, varied and well-kept food (including the ingenious magnum of potatoes and chicken) and the kind and helpful dining room staff: well done, keep it up!
