Perfect distance to Dalhalla. The rooms are very basic. The hotel is more like a hostel. Hard and uncomfortable beds. Not particularly friendly staff who don 't seem to appreciate guests interested in hard rock. Very nice and quiet environment with absolute proximity to Siljan. An oasis. Today's lunch is a buffet with very good food at a very reasonable price. Great! Location: 4

Beautifully situated next to lake Siljan and close to the church with access to the water via a small beach and a jetty. Canoes, an assortment of games and a small playground makes the place good for families. Not a place for parties as they have some rules to keep it peaceful. Clean and adequate rooms. Very poor breakfast with last days (or more) bread and not much to choose from. Used to have a good breakfast buffé. This, coupled with a bit of a steep price knocks a few stars off of the grade.
