Lovely hotel, we slept here one night. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice and welcoming swimming pool, deckchairs and umbrellas available. Every now and then, a very kind waiter passes by and is available whenever you want anything from the bar with pool service. There is also the SPA that can be booked before booking (recommended) or on site but there is the possibility that it will be busy. Charming, characteristic and welcoming design. Room with wooden furniture and well-kept. Cleaning ok. The bar is available in the evening and in the morning from 07.30 to 10.30 a large international breakfast is available. The only flaw (but reported both during the booking phase and upon our arrival) is that this year they haven't opened the restaurant but you can easily ignore it, in the surrounding area there are many typical restaurants... and at check in they give you a sheet with the best and recommended by them with the various contact details for booking. Stayed in October 2023 as part of a group tour. I was upgraded to a junior suite one room with a bed, the other room a daybed, joined by an outdated bathroom with shower full of mold not at all like the website pictures. Air conditioning was turned off for the season so room was hot at night. Restaurant closed except for group meals and breakfast. 1.8 km walk along a roadway to anything basically stuck there if with a group. Disappointed beyond words that group travel agent chose this hotel. Staff was amazing and overworked.

During my stay I actually felt as if I was inconveniencing the staff members by asking questions. When we first arrived they did mention that they were understaffed and that is the reason why they don’t have dinner during this time. Pool was okay. You will need to pay 5 euro for a swim cap that is mandatory. For the hot tub sauna area 10 euro not including the swim cap. Shower will definitely soak the floor so you will need to reduce the pressure in order to keep the water in the shower area. The rooms are very loud. Maybe it is just the guests that had a group staying that were opening and closing throughout the night. The sound proofing in the rooms isn’t ideal. The building looks nice and definitely has potential. I wish I could say more positive things about this stay but I’m a little surprised it’s a 4 star hotel.
