Contribuiți la feedbackThere were 6 of us who went here, I read the reviews and was set for disappointment. RON The woman and I fired the meat Zilla wood pizza we both thought it was very good. One of the other women had the lobster Calamari she said it was great, the others had the burgers. What looked very good and they said they were very tasty.
Great service. The food is very good here. There is attention to detail. It is connected to the Hilton Double Tree, which is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location.
This is a big newer restaurant in the building, formerly The Chancery, part of the Hilton Hotel building in downtown We stopped on the Third Coast Pizza on Christmas Eve after our worship. The manager set us up. She brought us menus and took our drinks order. When she brought us our drinks, she noticed that we took a while with the menu. Then she asked if it was our first time to eat with them and it was. She explained the pizza preparation and showed us the wood burning stove and the temperature he was kept, and then told us about the other menu items that contained great burgers and some specialties, steak, fish etc. Our pizza was wonderful! I love the blowing crust with a little Char here and there from the high heat. Our drinks were good. We'll go back there soon. I recommend Third Coast Pizza for everyone.

The pizza was great! The outside patio could be cleaned up a bit and add plants. Server was slow and inexperienced. She didn't even know what beer was on tap. Overall food was great, but service could be improved with proper training and Manager engagement. No manager ever came to our table during our visit to check on us or ask us how the food was. Appeared to me there was no true leadership at this location. For the $40.17 ticket after tip spent on 6/26/2017 was definitely not worth it. I tipped our server more than 20% because I felt bad for her that she was not trained properly or coached on proper server etiquette. This place has so much potential, but lacKS in substance. Oh, and employees were smoking on the back patio deck as we were walking into the restaurant. Was not impressed. You can put lipstick on a pig, but in the end it's still a pig.
