Subway - Racine

The staff at this restaurant consists of young people, and the young ladies, in particular, do an excellent job. They truly deserve recognition from the owner for their hard work. They are always polite and friendly, deserving a solid 10 out of 10 stars!

I'm not sure what you think a melt should be, but it should have three times the cheese and be warm and gooey. I thought my first experience was just a fluke, but I've received the same disappointing result twice now. Both times, I ended up with less cheese than in a classic sandwich—just one and a half slices on the entire footlong, and it wasn't even the type of cheese I ordered. To make matters worse, the meat was cold as if it had just come out of the refrigerator. Every visit to this location has felt like a waste of money. If you don't go inside and watch them prepare your order, you can't expect it to be correct. I'm not overly picky, but I at least want to get what I paid for. On top of that, they don’t bring out curbside orders; they just stand there looking at you as you wait outside, expecting you to come in.

It's a bustling restaurant at times, but the friendly atmosphere remains constant. Great job, everyone!

I ordered 4 sandwiches. 3 of them the bread was hard, don't know if was old or what. The 4th one was completely wrong. So I called them and they said they would correct it. Got there and they said no one called and argued. Corrected it eventually, butall the hassle. NO MORE

The staff is very ghetto, sandwiches were just thrown together like a 2 year old made them.. never going to that subway again..
