Mcdonald's - Racine

Its alright. Playplace, but not very suitable for kids below 3.

Will not order front kiosk. Person taking order was attentive and verified our order. Food was quick and served to table. Over $20 for 2 people. I thought was expensive for a big Mac meal and a quarter meal.

Mostly clean, the kids like the play area. Used the kiosk and sat and waited for our food, to then go into the play room with the kids. I like the old way of going to the register, ordering and waiting for our food or them bringing it out to us. Not bad but not

Hate the parks for kids now need to be better. Food and everything were decent. Average mcdonalds stuff.

I just went here to buy a Large HiC, no ice, at approximately 9:15pm.. With tax, the total was $1.77.. I gave the cashier a $5 bill and only received $3 in singles, no receipt.. I get to the second window, talk to the manager on duty and he says “There’s nothing I can do but give you your change and what you ordered” No compensation, no apology, no nothing to compensate this AWFUL “customer service”! I am HIGHLY dissatisfied and disappointed in this McDonalds and the type of thieves, I mean “employees”, that this McDonalds hires, smdh
