Taco Bell - Raceland

Went tonight and wasn’t greeted until I asked 4 times then she took my order and was angry. We went to the window and she was even more angry. Why are you so mad? If you hate your job get a new one, you are not a tree.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We were trying to order and the lady kept saying is that it, after everything we said. We spent $57. Checked our order when we got it. They didn't give us 2 of our items. We went back through the line, my husband told them what we didn't get. They slammed the window shut. Took 5 minutes for them to give us what we needed. It was steaming hot, so I know they didn't just “forget” to put it in the bag. They just totally ignored the fact that we ordered it. Do not go … – show

They are horrible at there jobs make ppl wait in line for hours just to order a few tacos. blows my mind how bad the customer service is when they got 10 ppl inside goofy around and. ot wanting to do there job. how hard is ut to put meat in a burrito and wrap it up like wow. 2 percent literally i feel the tacos could run the store better then the ppl.

Constantly out of ingredients, forgetting a drink every other time, and lukewarm food? Whatever, mistakes happen; I have blown it all off. But now, they're not taking in-store orders(even to-go), TWO hours before they close. Last straw, sorry. I'll just walk the 10 minutes to McDonalds from now on; highly recommend others do the same.

Fast and very friendly service. Visit this location at least once a week.
