La Paraeta Food Truck - Quito

Today I was in La Carolina Park with my friend Ana Cano who came to visit. We found La Paraeta, a food truck full of a mixture of wonderful flavors. We tested: the black chicken earrings, the shrimp hot dog, the chorizo croquettes and the potatoes with anise. Thanks Jose and partner (jajaja didn't know your name), we hope to continue testing more dishes from your letter and welcome to Medellín when they decide to go through there. ..

That rich the Hot dog shrimp!!! super recommended, same desserts and lemonade. And the attention is not said, beautiful food truck!
