Smoking Pig BBQ - QUISPAMSIS

Call and ask if they have GF elements. It was said that meat, sides and sauces are GF. I ordered the brisket and tried 3 of the pages without any problems. The flavors for all the articles I tried were fantastic!

We went out of our way to try the Smoking Pig BBQ, because it seemed like a really unique place to eat. We actually thought it was closed at first because it was empty. You have to go around the back of the building to order. We are a family of 4 and it cost $100 to eat lunch here, which I thought was extremely pricy for a food truck type of experience (take out only or eat outside). The food was just okay. The brisket was fatty and the sweet potato salad didn’t get eaten. It’s a neat idea, but I would try something different next time.

I absolutely adore this restaurant and I am counting down the days until it opens this spring. Their beef, brisket, and ribs are all delicious, and the smoked turkey is also fantastic.

I absolutely adore the beef brisket and the pork burnt ends at this restaurant. I am eagerly looking forward to their reopening this spring.

Went here for the first time and had the brisket donair as per other people’s recommendations. I must say it’s one of the best tasting sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. The presentation was a little lacking but I’d highly recommend the donair.
