Mcdonald's - QUISPAMSIS

The management has no customer service. Again, Darlene gave us attitude. My husband called and told her my wife coffee was made wrong and I had the coffee here. She asked if you had a receipt, and he said no. She said I do not have to replace it without a receipt. He said I have the product, and we never get a receipt with her coffee. SHE CAME OUT AND SAID I DIDN'T HAVE TO REPLACE IT IF YOU YELL AT ME. WE NEVER YELLED AT HER. I WAS TALKING AND I AM A LOUD TALKING AND WAS ANGER WITH HER HOLDING THE COFFEE BACK. DONE LAST TIME AT THIS MCDONALD'S. PLEASE SHARE YOUR STORY OF SUPERVISOR, Darlene. I know I am not the only one with problems with Darlene

These workers are either high or half asleep on the job. They forgot half my order and my food tasted DISGUSTING!. Last time I go here. These workers are absolute Morons!

Drive thru charged me for someone else's order then made me pay for mine at second window and told me it didn't go through oly reaso I found out was I checked my bank statements. Also another time asked me to pull forward then forgot my order was a 10 to 15 minute wait while people after me got there stuff. I'd give this place a zero star if I could.

Ordered quarter pounder w cheese, cheeseburger, 1 large fries and 10 mcnuggets, paid 30.07. Got 10 mcnuggets, quarter pounder w cheese, lrg.fries, med. Fries. This place was an expensive nightmare.
