Windy City Pizza Quincy

This is my third time writing a food review in my life, and I am usually quite patient and understanding. However, I must say that tonight I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I called to place a delivery order while at home with my 1-year-old who was playing in the background. A woman took my order over the phone and asked which side I wanted. When I inquired about what the side came with, she quickly and impatiently took my order. I thought she would have listed the Mozzarella sticks as an option, so I requested them with Cajun fries. She then complained that she couldn't hear me due to her strong Boston accent, so I had to shout my order into the phone. When she finally mentioned that the Mozzarella sticks were a separate item, I requested to switch them and she responded with a rude "yes please." I just wanted to place my order quickly so I could attend to my chaotic baby, but she put me on hold for 6 minutes. I hung up and called back, she repeated my order and claimed she had it. When I asked why she was being so rude, she denied any wrongdoing. I lost my appetite at this point, as all I wanted was to quickly place my order and tend to my child. I asked to speak to her manager, but she claimed he was not available. When I requested her name due to her rude behavior, she refused to give it and hung up on me. I called back to confirm my order, only to find out she hadn't even processed it. I was shocked and completely turned off. Although I have always received good customer service at this restaurant, this encounter was extremely disappointing. Please note that this review is based solely on the behavior of one particular employee.

We were surprised to find our steak and cheese served in a foam container - not what we were expecting.

To be honest, the fries are actually pretty good if they are served hot. However, the portion sizes are inconsistent and they do not pay attention to separate allergies on the grill. The service is poor and I witnessed my food being placed on a dirty surface before being served. Overall, not a pleasant dining experience.

I wanted to try her pizza, but she didn't like her crust!

Called and asked for grilled chicken tenders. I was speaking to a female manager. She told me they wouldn't taste good? What do you mean they won't taste good? You cut them up and season them appropriately then cook them to order. How hard is that???? She fought me for about 10 minutes and I said have a good night and hung up. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!!!
