Came in on a Sat afternoon so the cafe was pretty crowded. Guess many people were trying to escape the heat. Ordered a medium ice latte (175pesos) and double pecan chocolate cookie to dine in. When the drink came, I was shocked to see that it came in a plastic take-out cup like I was having KFC. Just blew my mind that a cafe would do this. Totally ruin any atmosphere left. The coffee itself was bad too. Watered down and I'm sure I could get better iced coffee from 7-11. Lastly the cookie: it was so tough that I had to put in quite some effort to cut it with a fork. The chewiness was akin to having chewing gum. Oh and the sofa seats were pretty dirty. Like they weren't cleaned for some time. Sit at your own risk. Left after 20min.

The location is good and the indoor ambience is welcoming. Customer service is alright even if ordered drinks and condiments are self-serviced. The price range is at par with other competing brand coffee shops. We ordered cold drinks and pasta, all of which were delicious. Will try other dishes, pastries and drinks next time around. Worth the visit.

Can’t remember my last cup of coffee at Seattle’s Best but this was a refreshing return. I love my cup of White Chocolate Mocha, not too hot, not too sweet, just a perfect blend in a cup. The price is competitive to other known international coffee shops. The place is well planned with well spaced tables and chairs, with dedicated area for smokers. Only one complaint no functioning toilet for customers.
