The Fat Seed Cafe Roastery

I don't often find myself at UP Town Mall, so I made it a point to try Fat Seed while I was there. While my friends opted for healthier options, I decided to go for the Wagyu Pares, which was served in a nostalgic metal lunchbox reminiscent of our childhood. Although I wasn't completely wowed by the dish, it did feature Japanese saikoro cubes and paired well with their chili garlic sauce. The Ube Waffle and Chicken is a popular choice among customers, and I have to say it was quite good. Despite it being a busy weekend lunchtime, the service was impressively fast.

One of the few solid coffee shops in BGC. It's usually packed so it's best to reserve. I love the unique coffee options like the root beer express and the coffee cubes. They also have some solid food. Few outlets if you wanna work there too.
