Mr Mikes Quesnel

The food at the restaurant was excellent, but the service was lacking. We were incorrectly charged for 5 drinks instead of the 4 we had ordered, but the waitress did not understand when we tried to explain the mistake. We ended up paying for the extra drink. It took 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and one was incorrect and had to be sent back (which was the extra drink we had paid for). When we asked for the bill, it also took another 20 minutes before we received it. Overall, we enjoy dining at Mr. Mikes, but the service on this occasion was not up to par.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. I didn't receive my fries, the chicken was extremely dry, and on top of that, they didn't inform me that I could only use the gift card once. As a result, they took the remaining balance on my gift card. I was not impressed and will never eat there again. In my opinion, this experience is tarnishing the reputation of Mr. Mike's. Paying $22 for dry chicken and a terrible Caesar salad was definitely not worth it.

The Mike burger is delicious. Can't find a burger like this anywhere else.

Both workers who attended to us were so polite,for out of town visitors we appreciated it.

We placed our order and 20 minutes later we were told we could not have what we ordered as they ran out so we had to choose something else. I would have appreciated a discount on our order as we waited 20-30 minutes before we were even told and had to eat something we didn't really feel like having. The watress was great and it was not her fault at all but I think I would have offered something to compensate at least. Maybe a drink idk.
