The Black Swan - Queenstown

Phoned them up last minute. They accommodated me straight away. They have back up water supply as well as solar which is magnificent. On site restaurant is very friendly and had proper food! Yummy!

Hours are wrong. Arrived after 08:00 and they were closed.

I am currently staying at The Black Swan, and the shower in my room is inadequate. Not all the showers seem to be the same. I requested a room change to another one we had booked, but the management was quite rude and refused, insisting there was nothing wrong with the shower. They claimed the water was leaking due to the angle we had it set to create some pressure, but they said that was not their problem. Overall, the service has been very disappointing. I absolutely loved it! If you find yourself in Queenstown, this is definitely one restaurant you should consider for a great dining experience.
