Red Lobster Queensbury

Was very quiet at night. our server was extremely attentive and helpful

After a day of skiing we went to red lobster. the service was excellent, even they were very careful to follow all cleanliness standards. our server austin was great to make sure we had a great experience. a very nice person who enjoys what he does. eating, ambiente and service were great.

I visited this restaurant with the goal of indulging in two pounds of snow crab legs, and I accomplished just that. While I probably won't repeat the experience, the crab legs were delicious, as was the Caesar salad and, of course, the cheddar bay biscuits. Interestingly, my lactose-intolerant friend who joined me did not experience any symptoms after eating the biscuits, suggesting that the cheese content may be low enough to be tolerable for some individuals.

The food was awful and the service was terrible. We waited 40 minutes for our food while others around us received their orders before us, even though they arrived 10-15 minutes after we did. The table next to us even commented on how surprised they were to see their food arrive before ours.
