Long John Silver's - Queensbury

The food was fat and evil!!! Old evil French fries! No sauces were present, you had to ask. And the sauces that were outside were in the sun and hot. I'm not going back there!

Arrived at 830, knowing that the LGS share closes by 9 that we had enough time. Six cars before us. We moved to the speaker at 8:55. It was said to wait a minute. 8 minutes later, the LGS share closed and they wouldn't serve us. It is now 9:20 and we are still waiting in the drive by trying to go after no food gets for the last 50 minutes. ridiculous.

I was out of the state for a while and I'm so glad I had John Silvers long when I came back. I have a fish and chicken meal in a box of fat. I couldn't even eat it. Don't come back!

I should have listened to the reviews. First, the restaurant was a complete mess. Every table was dirty and every garbage can be full. Second, I waited in line for over 10 minutes before I left. There were 5 other people. We were told when we order Taco Bell to order the kiosk, but I wanted Long Johns. The workers did not even try to help people. Their focus was on the drive thru, completely unconsidered the people are standing right in front of them. Absolutely unacceptable. Most likely will not return to give this place another chance.

It's been years since I've experienced the deep fried goodness of Long John Silver's. As often is the case, reality doesn't measure up to memories. The shrimp was good, but the fish was over cooked, and the fries seemed undercooked. In fairness, this could be due to the fact that this was a Taco Bell/LJS, and it was SWAMPED! We waited 20 minutes for our order, but I got the impression that Internet orders were taking much longer. For the most part the customers were being patient. Likewise, the employees were being polite. The one thing I would suggest is letting customers know the approximate wait time before ordering.
