Chipotle Mexican Grill - Queensbury

We were there at 7:00 and there were quite a lot of customers. The service was in line with other locations. Unfortunately, the guacamole did not taste fresh and something else in the bowl also tasted strange. Had a case of diarrhea after.

Try ordering online and it said cannot place online order , everything is sold out ! Yet I go in person to place my orders and see 3 young ladies chatting about life in the takeout section. Not busy at the moment. Why is Chipotle not taking our online orders ? While I see the girls on the food line in need of help. Not to mention the girl that warmed up my tortillas the 1st one I greeted) was not the most pleasant employee. Poor customer service. They raised their prices and at times attempt to give a small portion. Please can you have the employees up front wear a name tag. Please let the customers know why they can not order on line saying the food is sold out!!NOT TRUE. Is it the employees avoiding doing their job.

Terrible food tonight Quesadilla kids meals had orange and drink but the quesadilla had minimal cheese and was in palatable. The adult quesadilla had two mashed together and stuck to the foil. Also had to search to find the chicken. Really bad experience Will not be back to this Chipotle

UPDATE: At least they gave me a refund The store was extremely dirty and the food wasn't good. The rice was crispy and the meat tasted like he had seen better days and huge fat bells in it. My fiancée actually spit out a delicious meal in the Restraunt. We threw 90 percent of the food away and landed on the way to Mcdonald. Even the chips had a funny taste and were stale. This is unacceptable for 37 dollars for 2 Burritos shells and some chips. I don't have a problem paying for good food.... this is never again among my tops. The chat offered me a bogo coupon....I don't want a voucher that I want a refund. Also the bathroom.... the forests outside would be a better choice.

I'm just driving around a week and every time I'm here, it's a mess. Management does not seem to care, garbage is clogged over full bathroom toilets. Eating always runs out. There's only no room. For a large area, this place is far too small, not enough seat. Tables aren't even wiped. Soda machine made of ice or no soda. Soils are nasty food and other things on the ground. The staff doesn't seem to help others. Definitely needs an improvement in administration and how things should run.
