This was my first visit, and I will definitely be returning regularly. The food and smoothie were amazing! I had the vegan bowl, and everything was perfectly seasoned. The kale salad, broccoli, plantains, and Jollof rice were all absolutely delicious. The yellow papaya smoothie was a bit bland, but that's actually nice when paired with such flavorful dishes. Great job, The Cradle. I'm really impressed!

Unique place in rockaway. Eating is extremely tasteful and healthy. after the beach to swing for lunch and get a smoothie to boot. beautiful, small sitting area in free to enjoy their meal.

I really enjoy this place! They offer a straightforward menu filled with delicious and healthy options. One of my favorites is the bark shell.
