Taco Bell - Queens

They can never seem to get an order right. I specifically requested no tomatoes due to my allergy, yet they still added them to my taco. It seems they don't pay attention to details, and the staff doesn't seem to care. Their taco preparation is quite sloppy. This issue isn't limited to just this location!

Overall, my meal was colder than the iced drink I ordered. I got three tacos, and they felt like they came straight out of the freezer. I wanted a hot, soft taco, but while she gave me the soft shell, the meat was hard.

The location is very convenient, with plenty of parking available nearby. However, service can be a bit slow as they often have new staff in training. The tacos are decent, but nothing exceptional.

5 stars because every time I order from here, they always taste so fresh.

Very slow service and terribly prepared. Looks thrown together every time and a absolute mess. Order always comes in wrong no matter how you order (In person or online). The manager (if you can even call him that) doesn't do anything. I've seen him micro manage more then manage. The workers are just as bad. I witnessed the workers literally cursing out customers and being beyond rude. I know reviews won't help this place. So hopefully corporate will.
