I have seen COUNTLESS people go in this restaurant with different pets and experienced zero issues: i go in with a tiny white cockatoo (bird), on my shoulder, with a clean bill of health, and suddenly i couldn?t be in the store: YOUR LOSS not mine...

I'm not really a big fan for sandwiches but I needed something to eat that wasn't going to break my pockets. So I stopped in and as I approached the counter immediately I had eye to eye contact by the mail employee which gave me a smile and I smiled back followed by a hello. I greeted him with a hello and how are you and it was just a pleasant feeling. He was already in the middle of preparing sandwiches for someone else but once he was done he assisted me. He said ma'am how can I help you what would you like? I told him I wanted one of the new sandwiches I believe it was something called Italian mozzarella something of another I forgot. But nonetheless he assisted and made the sandwich exactly the way I asked of him. I had no idea what it was going to taste like but I saw him make it and he kept his gloves on. He did not speak while making my sandwich which I appreciate very much. Once it was wrapped up and put aside he then spoke to me asking me if there's anything else which I really appreciate it because sometimes the droplets for my mouth can be spread onto food and that would not be good. I enjoyed the Italian foot long bread nice and soft I complimented it with some mayonnaise mozzarella cheese and I think I put some green peppers on it oil and vinegar. To my surprise I really did enjoy this sandwich. So my first star goes to the location because it's easy to get to at least for me. The second star goes to the gentleman who welcomed me into the store. The third star goes to sanitary conditions which were definitely practiced. I would give a star for the prices but I never would think a hero could cost $11. So due to the price I cannot. But for right now three stars is going to have to do perhaps if you guys have a sale where the footlongs all of them would be half off and hold that for at least a week or two I'll come by and give another rating. For right now thank you for making sure my first experience with you guys was a good one.

They close in one hour, I am 9 months pregnant and go to the dame today as “Hello Miss”Got ignored because they are the counters wiping, whatever my art is. Anyway, I stand before her and ask her if she has buffalo huh, I am ignored, she is still clean and has not eye contact all or said a word! and then I ask her maybe closed her then reply, “No” still wiping and does not make eye contact? I'm so sorry, but what a b . what the devil was that? I didn't do anything, everyone never comes to this place, this lady shouldn't work on a place with customer service.

I was served by a mr. shahnan (sorry if I wrote it wrong) he was super nice. the utensils were clean and gloves were changed. He listened to me as I wanted my sandwich. very attentive. Thank you!
