Pupusas Ridgewood - Queens

I ordered cheese and mixed cheese pupusas with two small horchatas. It was very expensive for just pupusas and horchata that was not completely full. The cheese pupusa was okay, I've had better, but the mixed cheese pupusas were not good. All I could taste was cumin. There was an excessive amount of oil everywhere, even on the outside of the plate and lid. The restaurant is cute and small, but the food was not worth the price. The horchata did not taste authentic, it was more like a vanilla and cinnamon milkshake. I love pupusas and horchata and have tried authentic ones in El Salvador, but these were not authentic.

Terrible. I knew I didn't get pupusa. masa under boiled, slimy and oily. Slav had to much coriander (it should not suspect that coriander is at first place, but this is just a personal pretension) and tomato sauce was watered down. not athletic. also it's over price, but I wouldn't have been crazy about the price if the product was good.

Fantastic service! The best pupusas in Ridgewood. If anyone has had issues with controlling or any small complaints, they are just wasting their time.

I had been wanting to try this place for a while and finally had lunch there today. The menu is small, but everything seems delicious. We ordered the cheese and bean pupusas (classic and delicious), as well as the spinach with cheese and squash blossom with cheese. The pupusas are large (about 6 inches in diameter) and come out piping hot, so be careful not to burn your fingers. The tomato salsa is beautiful and lightly spicy. Overall, the food was amazing.

This is literally a hole in a wall, there is only space insde for 2 people, you can call ahead and place your order and they have plenty of seating space outside. Got the chicarron and chorizo and definitely the chorizo was my fave. Prices are not bad at $3 each. Overall a pretty decent pupusa with good flavor. I do feel like the dough (masa) needs some improvement, it was a bit dry and crumbled easily. However, still delicious and enjoyable. They have in house delivery and you can also find them on most food delivery platforms. The satff was courteous and friendly.
