Not welcoming to customers, no greeting most of the time10. Ignoring parts of your order or adding parts to your order that weren’t requested

Always messing up my order. I always leave instructions and they always seem to not get it right. I had enough, I'm never ordering from here again !!!

Their bagels are really soft, even after they have tapped them. I like that of the cream cheese. not everyone likes it, but I do.

This is the second time I'm ordering from here and it's horrible. I gave them a second chance and ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they don't put any cream cheese on the bagel. I opened it up and asked them and they said they would have to charge me for extra cream cheese. It's insane that they're able to get away with that. I would not recommend this place.

Always screw up the order or forget something that was paid every time. guess it's a common mistake here. in any case you have to find another place.
