Mcdonald's - Queens

I visited this restaurant twice after work around 10pm and was disappointed with my experience both times. My food was served cold and the staff seemed to forget to bring me my drink multiple times. I had to repeatedly try to get someone's attention at the window to ask for my drink. It felt like they were avoiding me and just wanted to rush through my order. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this fast food chain needs to work on their service.

Just recently was a girl in the lobby while the children in the lobby were crazy. she came with intentional, but as an older person made me feel good ask her to spread a bit her moving objects closer not all about cleaned I think I was still. after school is well overcrowded to see someone proud to help along with watch that seems too time busy.all over great service for busy space.

Is this close to a school? Lots of noisy teenagers hanging around here. Other than that it has an interesting seating arrangement. Just come at a slower time if you plan to enjoy your meal/snack dining in. I do notice the regular pricing is higher than nearby McDonald's. There is lots of curbside pickup parking, drive thru often busy. Ask for ketchup and sauce, they never give it by default.

They have good people working here. The workers won 't just let you stand there waiting. They always see people standing there and ask what is your order number? and then go look for it. For super fast service DL the mobile app and order/pay online.

My child only worked at this restaurant for two days before being forced to quit due to unprofessional management and staff. A manager even followed her into the bathroom. My child was mistreated, harassed, and never properly trained. She didn't even receive the job she was hired for. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever encountered, and the franchise owner should be aware of the terrible behavior of the employees. Proper training is essential for employees, they should not be thrown into the wolves like animals.
