If I could rate this place with less than half a star, I certainly would. I've never encountered such a poorly-run bagel shop before. Only accepting cash in 2021, heading into 2022, is ridiculous—why can't we use debit cards or Apple Pay? The customer service is awful; there's hardly ever anyone at the counter when you walk in. The same person who takes your order is the one making your food. This place has so much potential to become a popular bagel shop, but they clearly don’t value good service.

I've been dining here for four years and have always enjoyed the food, which is fairly priced. However, I've been a bit disappointed recently. My pastrami egg and cheese sandwich hasn't had enough pastrami lately—it used to be piled high! The same goes for the obel addiction dish.

Breakfast is always great!! Nice selection of items and restaurant accommodates special requests substitutions with no issues. Friendly and quick service. Will recommend to family and friends. Need to show proof of vaccination to sit down and eat, which we always do. ?
