Katch Astoria - Queens

I hosted a bridal shower in the back room, and the space was stunning! The venue offered great value for the price. The event was managed in a highly professional manner. We were permitted to arrive an hour early to decorate, which was a nice touch. The bride-to-be had a wonderful day, and her photos turned out beautifully.

My wife and I chose Katch to host our Happily Ever After Party to celebrate our new marriage with friends and family. Roseann, also known as Mrs. Katch, was incredibly communicative and supportive throughout the entire planning process, helping us navigate what can be an overwhelming experience. She ensured everything was in order and even offered us the option to move our party indoors when the forecast predicted heavy rain just a few days before the event. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with the food and service, and we are truly grateful to Katch for making our celebration memorable for all our guests.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with plenty of beer options and TVs. The staff is friendly, but they can make you feel a bit uncomfortable. It seems like the management puts pressure on them to sell drinks, which creates a less relaxing environment. I don’t plan on returning.

I wish there was a 0 star option for this. Waited 30 minutes for 4 drinks among my group of 4. Got overcharged by 2$ for a shot as well as was charged the price of 19$ for a 32oz milkshake for the milkshake to come to our table in a 16 oz glass. Then wastold the glass was actually 20 oz even though it was clearly a classic 16oz pint glass. 0/10 would not smash. Edit: forgot tomention drinks were also incredibly weak. Friend ordered a spicy mule that must?ve had less than half a shot in it. Tasted likespicy jalapeño water. Milkshake must?ve had one shot total also weak. They also ask for a card and ID to hold onto becausepeople frequently walk out without. Paying. I wonder why?

Decent sized menu with usual sports bar food. All the staff and especially our waiter was super nice. We ordered cocktails, nachos, and wings and everything was delicious. We went to watch a fight, and there are so many tvs visible from basicallyanywhere you sit. Great place!
