Dunkin' - Queens

That is the third dunkin I visited in the opposite. first they had only some types of donuts they wore. the second had very few donuts. I went into this and there was a long line, but the staff is not only friendly, they are also fast! I did not do anything I was looking for and was out quickly!

I purchased a cold brew that tasted extremely weak, more like water with a hint of coffee flavor rather than a properly brewed coffee.

I have been coming to this restaurant for a while now, and the staff is always friendly and polite. They even gave me a senior discount without me having to ask. Thank you.

Initially, I ordered a frozen coffee but was mistakenly given a hot coffee. The staff were understanding and gave me the correct order. However, upon tasting the coffee at home, I noticed it was sour and had a bad smell. When I called the restaurant to inform them, the person on the phone did not believe me and hung up.

I had only one of the worst experiences in this dunking donuts. I ordered 2 large coffees and two cups were stacked together and he put all his hand in the cups to separate them. I asked to change the tassen for me, and he said he did, and that he put these tassen back in the ground for the next costumer. it didn't seem like he changed it. he is a cashier and has the gloves on that he does not change between the costumers and his gloves looked very dirty and yellow. Not that it is ever in order to give something dirty, but especially during this pandemic we should all be more careful. I just left and paid six for nothing. overall it is badly maintained store . will certainly not return.
