Dunkin' - Queens

I placed a mobile order, but when I arrived to pick it up, my order wasn't there. I spoke with the manager, who was quite rude and said he couldn't help me because he didn't have my name, even though I showed him my mobile order receipt. I don't understand why my name was necessary. I'm not sure if they never made my order or if someone else came in and took it, as another customer mentioned that this has happened to him before. The manager disregarded my concerns, so I eventually left and filed a complaint with customer service.

Indulging in delicious food! I know I shouldn't be eating this, but it was so tasty!

I had a terrible experience with the coffee at all the locations. The donuts were stale, and while the Coolatta was enjoyable at first, it ended up giving me indigestion. Dunkin' just doesn't suit my tastes; I much prefer Italian coffee houses.
