Baskin-robbins - Queens

Large selection of ice. there were also cakes. the dining room is closed at 10 o'clock, but the drive-tru is available if they want a coffee from dunkin or ice from baskin. I have no problems from the Baskin site. Dunkin page is another story.

Very large and cleaner place they actually sit in and enjoy their coffee. the only output otherwise 5 stars of the cash would not have been able to communicate/understand at all. I had to repeat my order 4 times after he repeated what he wanted to hear. with others, if I did not ask a sugar after a coffee light, he repeated my order that I asked for a bagel with cream cheese. I don't understand. how do they say a ****?

The service was quite slow, even though the restaurant wasn't busy that afternoon when I left.

The service was terrible. I had a very hard time to understand them because they understand a hard time speaking English and English. they did a hit in my 3 pots cup and went away for about 3 minutes to serve other customers, then came back to where I had to tell them to throw away what is evil. the ppl in the opposite, the ice cream loves as much as I don't have a choice, but go there to fulfill her demand. I told my friends about the service I received close by, that was told to me that there is no African American in this opposite and that can be a reason why I was treated like that. but if they are to be visited in the opposite, not I repeat they do not do their time. there is a supermarket 2 minutes away.

I had a very frustrating experience at this restaurant. I ordered a three-scoop sundae, which the guy—probably the same one mentioned in previous reviews—confirmed with us four times. Something prompted me to check my receipt, and I noticed that he charged me for a one-scoop sundae and a two-scoop sundae instead. We tried to explain the clear price difference to him, but he just couldn’t grasp it. When we asked him to cancel the order, he again failed to understand. In the end, he made the correct order but without any apology, and he had a smirk on his face the whole time. Safe to say, we won’t be returning.
