Amadeus Nightclub - Queens

I attended a special event called Soca-Starter at this stunning venue. The place is beautiful, featuring two glamorous stories and a colorful chandelier that moves up and down throughout the event. However, I did take away one star due to the bar service being a bit slow.

1. The dress code seemed to be enforced inconsistently. 2. The bar was disappointing, lacking a proper selection of cocktails or mixers for various drinks. 3. While I appreciate a concise menu, the service and food delivery took over an hour. 4. Finally, the door staff and security were notably rude. As a visitor to New York, I felt compelled to share my experience.

During an event at this venue, my partner's expensive vaporizer was confiscated by security without any prior warning about it being prohibited. We could have easily left it in the car! There was only one person behind us, so it’s not like we held up the line. This incident really put a damper on our mood and made us feel like our time and money were wasted. Additionally, from the brief two minutes of music we heard inside, the sound system was quite poor.

1/1/2023 my family went there to celebrate my sister birthday at the day brunch. I have there and safety approaches to us and said I tell you that “no hoodie, sweat suits, and definitely not those sneakers”. I had no sweat suit I had with Velourgrau robot. My son had on the sweater. My sneakers were Jordan 1 Custom and as you saw in the pictures, the people on sneakers even had Jordan. We have not said a word and they have not even welcomed us with respect. I'll never support her.

I don’t recommend to see an artist perform first of all I was excited to see rakim y ken-y perform but me and my boyfriend left at 3:00 am because it’s was ridiculous waiting for that long for an artist to perform , I understand 1 am or 2 am but 3 am ??? Ridiculous waste of money , drinks were expensive, dj kept playing same music over and over again . Never again
